SURGICAL CAMP
There is no upcoming surgery camp for now...
SMALL BEGINNINGS
Started in a rented mud hut in 1991, this hospital was established primarily to offer medical care to the tribal people pf Lamtaput block. Today we are a 40 bed muti-speciality hospital offering numerous services to the people of Lamtaput block as well as the surrounding areas.
RECENT DEVELOPMENTS
The arrival of an orthopeadician and psychiatrist have boosted the services we can offer to the community. The addition of a physiotherapist has also been well appreciated.

The numbers of sick patients accessing the hospital is increasing as evidenced by increasing bed occupancy of the HDU.
20 surgical camps (including specialty surgeries) were held last year. We gratefully acknowledge the contribution of so many surgeons and anaesthetists who donated their time and services willingly for the greater good. We can proudly say that some of the surgeries conducted here by these highly experienced and talented surgeons will not find a parallel anywhere in Odisha!
A new ultrasoud machine was purchased last year with the aid of generous friends and is proving invaluable. A new resuscitaire and two baby warmers were donated last month. Plans to expand the hospital OPD are in progress.
TRAUMA CARE

This addition was possible because of the generosity of Mr Emmanuel (BET Medical, Chennai), CMCH, Vellore, Dr. Dileep Isaac, St. Annes Church (UK), Mr. Alexander Jerald, Rev.(Dr). Finney Alexander, Chaplian, CMC, Vellore and many others.
We hope and pray that this equipment and the care we provide will save lives, healing many and making them whole again.
The long awaited C-arm and other essential orthopedic equipment is finally here. Dr Emil, our orthopedician is a happy man. We need to slowly build a fully equipped trauma care center and this is just the first step.
