I hereby state that:

I am voluntarily taking part in the Asha Kiran Run 2020 and I understand that this is a charity event to aid the Asha Kiran Hospital. I will be giving a minimum donation with this registration. I will also be giving the Asha Kiran Society any and all the funds that I will be raising for this event through donations and sponsorships.

I state that I understand that this 10 K run is an endurance event which will be run on trails and cross-country. I have had the necessary medical checkups and state that I am fit to run 10 kilometers. I am participating in this event at my own risk and I will not hold the Asha Kiran Society responsible for any untoward health events that I may experience during my participation in the run.

I understand that this run is not a competitive race. I understand that there will be no official timing and that no prizes will be distributed.

I understand that the Asha Kiran Hospital is a health institution which has a no tobacco and no alcohol policy and so I will refrain from consumption of either during my stay on the Asha Kiran Hospital campus.
